输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的临床应用价值分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的86例肾结石患者作为研究对象，依据入院先后顺序把全部患者均分成对照组和试验组。对照组患者接受体外冲击波碎石治疗，试验组患者接受输尿管软镜碎石治疗，对比两组手术成功率、结石净排率、手术时间、住院时间等指标。结果：试验组患者手术成功率及结石净排率分别为97.67%、95.35%，明显优于对照组的79.07%、76.74%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组手术治疗时间为(54.8±2.0)min，住院时长(10.7±2.8)d，均显著高于试验组的(39.5±2.6)min、(4.9±1.4)d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：输尿管软镜在肾结石患者的治疗中有着突出价值，能够有效提高肾结石手术的成功率，缩短手术治疗时间及住院时间，具备结石清除率高的优势，可作为治疗肾结石安全有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical value of flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi.Method：A total of 86 patients with renal calculi treated in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy，and the patients in the experimental group were treated with flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy.The differences of the two groups were compared，such as the success rate，he net stone discharge rate，the time of operation and the time of hospitalization.Result：The successful rate of operation and the net discharge rate of the patients in the experimental group were 97.67% and 95.35% respectively，which were significantly better than those of the control group(79.07%，76.74%)，the operation time of the control group (54.8±2.0)min and hospitalization time (10.7±2.8)d，were significantly higher than those of the experimental group of (39.5±2.6)min，(4.9±1.4)d，and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Flexible ureteroscopy has a prominent value in the treatment of renal calculus.It can effectively improve the success rate of stone surgery，shorten the time of operation and time of hospitalization，has the advantages of high stone clearance rate，which can be used as a safe and effective method for the treatment of kidney stones.

腎结石是泌尿外科的常见病和多发病，近些年来该病的发病率呈现出逐年升高的趋势，给患者的正常生活带来了严重的不良影响。为了给患者的疾病康复带来福音，临床上开始加大肾结石治疗技术的研究[1]。体外冲击波碎石术在临床肾结石治疗中有着十分普遍的应用，但是在手术成功率及结石清除率方面存在着很大的限制，难以达到理想的治疗效果。输尿管软镜碎石技术则有着非常显著的疗效，能够更加准确全面地对患者的病情进行判断，保证碎石成功率和碎石净排率，同时还具有微创、安全有效的治疗优势[2]。为进一步探究输尿管软镜碎石治疗方法的有效性，本次研究将对43例患者实施输尿管软镜碎石治疗，现把此次研究结果进行如下报道。, http://www.100md.com(寇国义 李华桥 吴咏兵 杨奎)
